Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of jsonts.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.
The tool this page covers is JSONTS, a JSON to TypeScript converter. Put simply, it turns a JSON sample into TypeScript interfaces and types, handling nested objects, unions and optional fields, and the way it does so is this: it infers a type for every value in the sample, widens arrays whose elements differ into a union, and marks a field optional when it is absent from some objects in an array — so the generated types reflect the sample rather than a hand-written guess. Everything stated here applies to that tool and the values it handles, and to nothing else.
In day-to-day use the tool works only from the JSON sample you paste, and it is usually opened for things like typing an API response before writing the client. None of that reaches us, so none of it can be stored.
What the Site is
What jsonts.com offers is a JSON to TypeScript converter, free of charge and for general information. Results are estimates generated from your input by the method the page describes. Developer tools produce output for use in your own work, and you remain responsible for reviewing and testing it.
Not professional advice
Browsing or using jsonts.com does not create a professional relationship, an advisory duty or any obligation on our part towards you.
Third-party content and advertising
Third-party adverts keep the Site free and external links appear for convenience. We vouch for neither, and neither can change an output.
Changes and downtime
The Site comes as it is, with no uptime guarantee. Tools and pages may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on a result from the Site.
Governing law
The law that applies to these terms is that of the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, ignoring conflict-of-law principles.
Responsibility for tool output
Treat output as a starting point rather than a finished artefact. Review, adapt and test it yourself; responsibility for anything that ships rests with you, not with the tool.
Accuracy
We aim to be correct and to say how the result is produced. That is not a warranty: results may contain mistakes and the material may fall out of date. Treat any figure with a known margin as an estimate.
How you may use the Site
Personal and professional use is fine. What is not: disrupting the Site, scraping it hard enough to slow it for others, passing it off as your own, or using it unlawfully.
Content ownership and license
Ownership of the Site's copy, layout and code lies with us or our licensors. Link freely; ask in writing before reproducing substantial parts.
